Intervention Fidelity Logs
Fidelity logs are available for six interventions to support fidelity of program delivery among educators. Logs can be printed and filled out while delivering the intervention. Log information or forms should not be submitted to MFF. Any collected information is intended to support your organization’s efforts to maintain and/or improve intervention fidelity.
