SNAP-Ed at the Michigan Fitness Foundation (MFF) (links to new window) is a collaborative of statewide partners whose work focuses on improving the health of Michigan’s most vulnerable citizens, including children, seniors, families, and communities in crisis. Foundation staff and Network partners lead programs that develop community leaders and empower individuals so that Michigan citizens gain knowledge and access to resources that help them integrate healthy eating and physical activity into daily life. With our statewide reach, we meet people where they are and invest in local resources and evidence-based programs to develop sustainable capacity for improving health.
