Publications and Evaluation

Michigan Fitness Foundation (MFF) provides training and technical assistance to more than 50 SNAP-Ed funded local organizations that deliver nutrition education and physical activity programming in Michigan communities. All programming is designed to increase healthy behaviors and implement community-based strategies that improve supports for healthy, affordable food and physical activity built into daily routines.

MFF supports nutrition education and community strategy data collection at the local level and then manages and merges those data to create a statewide picture of SNAP-Ed programming outcomes and drive program improvement.

Evaluation and reporting are responsive to local contexts and aligned with the SNAP-Ed Evaluation Framework.
