Subrecipient Grant Management
Each program year, MFF prepares an updated Programming & Operations Manual (P&O Manual) to equip local organizations who receive SNAP-Ed funding with the information needed to independently design and deliver SNAP-Ed programming. This includes additional information about federal SNAP-Ed guidance, grant management, and other program activities.

Community Impact Project Contract Management
Each program year, MFF prepares an updated Community Impact Project Service Provider Guide (CIP Guide). The CIP Guide will equip organizations who deliver SNAP-Ed designed programming on behalf of MFF with the information needed for successful local implementation. This includes information about contract management and expectations and federal SNAP-Ed guidance.
