RETURNING Community Impact Projects

About

Organizations currently funded in FY 2025 by SNAP-Ed at MFF that are interested in continuing as a Community Impact Project (CIP) in FY 2026 (October 1, 2025-September 30, 2026) must submit a Attestation Letter electronically by May 14, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. EST.

Note: A ‘currently funded’ organization is one that is receiving FY 2025 funding from SNAP-Ed at MFF as a Community Impact Project.

Process

Organizations that want to continue being a Community Impact Project in FY 2026 (October 1, 2025-September 30, 2026) must complete a multi-step process. Download and complete all the required documents in the Documents (Click link to open tab) tab. Be sure to carefully read all instructions and review the FAQs(Click link to open section) before completing your Attestation Letter.

Step 1:
Submit Attestation Letter

The Attestation Letter captures contact information and acknowledgment of key requirements related to returning CIP organizations.

To access the Attestation Letter Template, click on the Documents (Click link to open tab) tab at the left of the page.

Step 2:
Conversation

All returning CIPs will be invited to participate in a virtual conversation to share experiences and highlight organizational bandwidth to deliver SNAP-Ed programming. General questions/key topic areas will be provided in advance. Conversations will take place late-May and will last 45 minutes.

Step 3:
Program Design Process directed by MFF

MFF will notify returning CIPs whether they will continue to deliver SNAP-Ed programming on behalf of MFF after the conversations are completed. If selected, MFF will oversee a program design process, in collaboration with CIP organizations, to develop a locally-relevant SNAP-Ed program package, timeline, and budget aligned with population(s) needs and setting(s). Final funding amount will be determined by program design and aligned with anticipated programming.
