RETURNING Community Impact Projects

About

Organizations currently funded in FY 2024 by SNAP-Ed at MFF that are interested in continuing as a Community Impact Project (CIP) in FY 2025 (October 1, 2024-September 30, 2025) must submit a Attestation Letter electronically by May 13, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. EST.

Note: A ‘currently funded’ organization is one that is receiving FY 2024 funding from SNAP-Ed at MFF as a Community Impact Project or as a Subrecipient.

Process

Organizations that want to continue being a Community Impact Project in FY 2025 (October 1, 2024-September 30, 2025) must complete a multi-step process. Download and complete all the required documents in the Documents (Click link to open tab) tab. Be sure to carefully read all instructions and review the FAQs(Click link to open section) before completing your Attestation Letter.

Step 1:
Submit Attestation Letter

The Attestation Letter captures contact information and acknowledgment of key statements related to Returning Community Impact Projects.

To access the Attestation Letter Template, click on the Documents (Click link to open tab) tab at the left of the page.

Step 2:
Conversation

Each returning CIP that submits a completed Attestation Letter will be invited to participate in a virtual conversation. The purpose of the conversation is to discuss program direction and evolution as a continued contracted service to MFF. General questions/key topic areas will be provided in advance. Conversations will take place mid-May and each will last 45 minutes.

Step 3:
Program Design Process directed by MFF

MFF will communicate next steps after the conversations are completed. CIPs that will continue to provide a contracted service to MFF delivering SNAP-Ed programming locally will inform a program package designed by MFF, including timeline, and budget matched to priority population(s) needs and setting(s). Final funding amount will be determined by program design and aligned with anticipated programming.
