SNAP-Ed at the Michigan Fitness Foundation (MFF) is a collaborative of statewide partners whose work focuses on improving the health of Michigan’s most vulnerable citizens, including children, seniors, families, and communities in crisis.

How to Apply

The Michigan Fitness Foundation (MFF) (links to new window) facilitates the implementation of SNAP-Ed programs in Michigan through a network of local partner agencies. These programs deliver nutrition education and physical activity promotion and serve people and communities in Michigan who are eligible for SNAP benefits (SNAP-Ed eligible).
